Website use
Content on this site is for general information about our consultations. It is not a binding offer until confirmed in a written proposal or statement of work. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or scrape content for competing commercial reuse without permission.
Advisory engagements
Scoped work, fees, timelines, and deliverables are defined in separate written agreements. Website rate guidance is informational only. Client responsibilities (access, sponsorship, accurate information) form part of successful delivery.
Intellectual property
Site text, branding, and materials remain the property of Tool Ridge Base unless otherwise stated. Engagement deliverables are licensed or assigned as specified in the applicable agreement. Pre-existing methods and templates remain ours; client confidential materials remain theirs.
Confidentiality
We treat non-public technical and commercial information shared for briefings and engagements as confidential, subject to NDA terms when executed. Public site content is not confidential.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Taiwan law, Tool Ridge Base is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or from reliance on general website content. For contracted advisory work, liability caps and remedies are stated in the engagement agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use, unless a signed engagement agreement specifies otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
