Out of scope
We do not write production firmware as part of this advisory, take on-call for field incidents, or replace your architecture review board. Implementation coding can be discussed separately only when explicitly contracted.
How we work
Sessions run as half-day intensives or shorter remote blocks, depending on lab access and time zones. You prepare board schematics at the appropriate NDA level, the current firmware backlog, and the next three hardware checkpoints. We prepare questions and a draft schedule model before the first working day.
Duration and delivery
Most programs finish in four to six weeks with two intensive weeks up front and lighter check-ins afterward. Work happens in Hsinchu when teams prefer whiteboards and boards on the bench, or fully remote when squads are distributed.
Pricing basis
Quoted as a fixed engagement fee after a complimentary briefing call. Fee depends on number of firmware workstreams, number of board variants, and whether factory visits are required. See Rates for starting ranges.
