Bring-up readiness review
A focused review before power-on and early driver work — what must be ready so the lab week is not spent arguing about ownership.
What we examine
Power sequencing assumptions, serial console access, flash programming paths, smoke-test firmware, and the minimum driver set needed to prove the board is alive. We also check whether hardware and firmware agree on pinmux, boot media, and debug headers.
Included
Pre-read of board notes and bring-up checklists, on-site or remote workshop days, and a readiness scorecard listing blockers that should be cleared before the first power-on window.
Excluded
We do not operate the lab as contract technicians for the full bring-up campaign; the review prepares your team to run that campaign with fewer surprises.
